This document explains how IQ Artist Management (“IQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on iqmgmnt.com (the “Site”). Overview

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They perform a variety of functions, such as enabling core site features, remembering user preferences, and helping us understand how visitors interact with the site.

The Site uses:

  • Core WordPress cookies for authentication and preference storage (e.g., wordpress_logged_in_[hash])
  • Cookie Yes (GDPR Cookie Consent) to obtain, record, and manage user consent (cookieyes-consent, category checkboxes)
  • Wordfence Security cookies for firewall and login-protection (wfwaf-authcookie-[hash], wf_loginalerted_[hash], wfCBLBypass)
  • Kadence Conversions cookies to control the display frequency of pop-ups (kadence_conversions_preview, kadence_conversions_[id])
  • FluentCRM cookies for email-marketing attribution when a subscriber interacts with our links (fluentcrm_contact, fluentcrm_subscriber_hash)*
  • First-party performance cookies set by Breeze page-cache to optimise speed (breeze_cache_logged_in)*
  • First-party functional cookies created by EWWW Image Optimizer, OMGF, and Enable SVG Upload to remember plugin preferences*
(*these cookies do not contain personally identifiable information but are included here for transparency.)

There is no advertising, retargeting, or payment-processing on the Site. Social-media icons are simple outbound links; they do not embed tracking scripts.

*Cookies marked with an asterisk originate from installed plugins whose documentation does not publish exact cookie names. We audit and update this table after each monthly scan.

When you first visit the Site, a banner from Cookie Yes asks you to:

  1. Accept all cookies
  2. Reject non-essential cookies
  3. Customise individual categories

The banner appears only after your first page-load because strictly-necessary cookies (marked above) are exempt from prior consent under PECR.

You can adjust or withdraw consent at any time by clicking the floating “Cookie Settings” button in the lower-left corner of every page.

Browser Controls

Alternatively, you may disable or delete cookies via your browser settings. Below are quick links to instructions for popular browsers:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Edge
  • Safari
  • Brave

Blocking non-essential cookies will not affect core site functions (reading pages, using the contact form) but may disable pop-up modals and email-sign-up attribution.

  • Non-essential consent is renewed every 6 months to comply with CNIL/IAB best practice.
  • Authentication cookies expire after 48 hours (session) or 14 days if “Remember Me” is ticked.
  • Wordfence and FluentCRM cookies expire automatically as indicated in the table or when consent is withdrawn.

Monthly automated scans via Cookie Yes detect new cookies and update our records.

Third-Party Integrations

We display plain outbound links (no embedded scripts) to:

  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Twitter (X)
  • Facebook

Clicking these links directs you to the respective platform, which may set its own cookies; those are outside our control. We recommend reviewing each provider’s cookie notice for details.

Managing Email-Marketing Cookies

FluentCRM’s first-party attribution cookies are set only after you opt-in to our mailing list (double-opt-in enabled). You may disable them without unsubscribing by:

  1. Clicking the “manage preferences” link in any campaign email
  2. Unchecking “allow site tracking”
  3. Saving changes

FluentCRM honours the fluent_crm/will_use_cookie filter; if you block analytics cookies from the banner, no new FluentCRM cookies will be written.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we process via cookies
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) if you believe we handle your data unlawfully

Changes to This Policy

Material changes (e.g., new cookie categories, analytics tools, or legal requirements) will be highlighted for at least 30 days in a notification banner. Archived versions remain available upon request.
